A Letter
from Heaven

A little book for the grieving β€” and one exercise that might change everything.

by Mia Ottosson Β· spiritual medium, thirty years

Thirty years of sitting with grieving people, distilled into the things I wish somebody had told you on the very first night. It's short on purpose β€” grief doesn't have the energy for long books.

Free, truly. You'll get it by email in a minute β€” read it online or keep the PDF forever. If it's for a friend, send them this page instead, so it arrives as their own.

It's yours.

It's on its way to your inbox too. If it isn't there in a few minutes, check spam or Promotions, move it to your inbox, and add mia@start.journeywithmia.com to your contacts.

Mia Ottosson, in soft forest light

I'm Mia. I've worked with spirit for more than thirty years, and I've sat with more grieving people than I could ever count. This little book is my letter to you β€” free, because some things shouldn't cost anything.

Much love, Mia

Questions you might have

Is it really free?

Yes. You leave your first name and email, and the book arrives in your inbox a minute later. Read it online or keep the PDF forever. No payment step, no sales sequence afterwards. The newsletter is a separate box, unticked, and entirely up to you.

Do I have to believe in mediums for it to help?

No. Come as you are β€” grieving, doubting, hoping, all three at once. The letter exercise in chapter seven works whatever you believe. Pen, paper, twenty minutes.

I lost someone very recently. Is it too soon?

It's written for exactly where you are. It's short on purpose, and you don't have to read it in order β€” you can go straight to the letter. There is no too soon, and no too late.

Can I send it to someone who's grieving?

Please do β€” but send them this page rather than the files, so the book arrives addressed to them. Some things land differently when they're your own.
